So last year I went to the Gaithersburg Book Festival. While it was crazy cold, we had a great time, and I listened to a great lecture by the guy who wrote Backstage at the Lincoln Assassination.
This year I’m considering going to the festival not as an attendee, but as an author. Tables are $100, so I’d have to sell roughly 20 of my books to break even. But I don’t think that’s necessarily the point. Its mostly about exposure, and getting my name, and the “heathen word” out there.
